Don't deny yourself the benefits of massage.

It's a pity more people don't partake in the numerous advantages of massage therapy. Perhaps the reluctance is the expense, a feeling of modesty, or the sense that massage is overindulgent and pampering. Hardly the case. Studies show that massage reduces your heart rate, lowers blood pressure, increases circulation and lymph flow, relaxes muscles, makes you more alert and able to work more efficiently, and reduces stress, anxiety and tension. Reason enough? If you're shy about visiting a professional masseuse (and you shouldn't be, since it's their job to make you feel comfortable!), or it doesn't fit into your budget, try trading massages with your partner. Few things can better allay the tensions of a long, hard day. Why make yourself crazy?
