may be a real stretch for many since bills can be a great source of aggravation,
fear and anxiety. But it doesn't have to be that way. Rather than receive your
invoices with dread, let them be reminders of what you're paying for: products
that improve your life, services that keep you safe and comfortable, and good
times you've enjoyed. Be thankful when you have the funds to satisfy your obligations
and view these payments as accomplishments, not diminishments. Look at a bill
paid as a transaction resolved, a milestone reached, a responsibility met. Why
make yourself crazy?
Today's Health Headlines Previous Stress Tip Make waiting worthwhile. Cussing, fretting and agonizing never made waiting go any faster, and actually prolongs it. But using that downtime productively will. So when you're stuck in traffic, far back in line, or waiting for someone to show up...think of these moments as opportunities, not obstructions. Review and fine tune your plans for the day. Observe the world around you for its beauty, interest and ideas. Or just take a deep breath, relax and enjoy this unplanned time to yourself. In other words, turn what you normally might treat as a negative experience into a positive one. Why make yourself crazy?
