you can barely stay awake...are losing your focus...getting more and more frustrated...making
stupid mistakes...call it a day. Even better, don't wait till you get to that
stage. Knock off while you're still alert, still optimistic, still have a little
gas left to wind down peacefully. (Like leaving the table a little hungry.) Don't
let that last task do you in. End each day on a positive note that will carry
you into the next. Why make yourself crazy? Today's Health Headlines Previous Stress Tip Learn from your ill-fated past purchases. Consider all the little-used merchandise (junk?) you purchased over the years...the seemed-like-a-good-idea-at-the-time stuff that's now needlessly clogging your home. Like that yogurt maker up in the attic. The ear-splitting electric broom. That ridiculous exercise contraption. The cappuccino machine. Things you probably couldn't even unload in a tag sale. Get rid of them. But first, spend a moment with each to ponder the stress you endured to earn the money for it, shop for it, store it, and subsequently squirm over the folly of it. Then take that intelligence and apply it the next time you get an urge to buy something of suspect value. Avoid the hassle, save the money, experience the liberating feeling of doing without. Why make yourself crazy?
