activities deliver as many benefits. Yet too few people ever take advantage of
them. Dancing is fun. An easy way to make friends. Great exercise. And an excellent
way to release tension and stress. There are dances for every taste and ability
-- from ballroom to break, swing to free form. Take lessons and become a skilled
dancer. Or just get silly dancing with the kids, friends, or yourself in front
of the mirror. Why wait for that infrequent wedding or social event to reap the
pleasures of dancing? Plan an evening of dancing out. Or stay in. Just roll up
the rug, kick up your heels and start moving to the music. Why make yourself crazy? Today's Health Headlines Previous Stress Tip Have at least one meal a day as a family. How long do you think a company would survive if its workers rarely met to find out what everyone was else doing? Yet many families, with so much at stake, often go days without even sharing a meal. Mealtime is more than a social event. It's a vital means of communication -- a time to make plans, vent concerns, express feelings, work out differences, and most of all show that you love, support and care for each other. The family meal is a bedrock of family stability...and shouldn't fall victim to busy schedules. Take care of things on the home front first. Insist on a daily family repast. Why make yourself crazy?
