time is no excuse for not exercising. In fact, being in shape will improve your
physical and mental capacity to such an extent, you'll probably gain time. And
enjoy life more. A regular fitness routine, combined with good eating habits,
will keep you leaner, healthier, more energetic. You owe that to yourself. And
your family. Being in poor physical condition only adds to your stress and the
sense of futility that you'll never catch up. Climb out of that swamp. Get fit.
Feel good. Why make yourself crazy?
Today's Health Headlines Previous Stress Tip Don't carry the world upon your shoulders. So the song goes. And how true. There's enough crime, starvation, wretchedness, injustice, depravity and evil out there to drag us into utter despair every day...if we choose to let it. Do yourself a favor. Don't. Recognize that there's little most of us can do as individuals to make wholesale changes in the world. But within the sphere of our own lives, there's plenty we can do. Try kindness, generosity, understanding, and love. Starting with your own family and working your way out. And guess what? When you add up these individual contributions from all of us, it can make a difference in the world. So take care of the local stuff and the rest will follow. Why make yourself crazy?
