yourself away from the total immersion of your work and spend some diverting wind-down
time with family, friends and associates. The harder it is to do, the more you
need to do it. Periodic disengagement replenishes energy and sparks ideas, lets
you step back and see what direction you're headed, alerts you if you're being
too single-minded. This is not a luxury, it's a necessity. And try not to bring
your travails along with you. The more you get lost in your diversion, the greater
the benefits will be. Get out, have fun and be a heck lot better off for it. Why
make yourself crazy?
