often we hear the complaint "I never have enough time in the morning."
Duh...make time. Simply wake up earlier. Leave yourself ample time to dress, eat
a nutritious breakfast, and get off to where you're going...sanely. It will set
a composed, rational pace for the entire day. Break the insidious cycle of rushing
by retiring early and getting up early, with a good night's sleep in between.

So there's a tendency to give up on things too soon -- the book you're reading, the mutual fund you've invested in, the musical instrument you're learning, the person you're dating.
