are great tools for focusing in on objectives, assigning tasks, measuring progress,
motivating a group. They can also be horrendous time-wasters. Don't schedule a
meeting unless you have ample reason to justify one. Have an agenda and stick
to it. Don't let others digress, or use it as a platform to showcase their speaking
abilities. Stagger the arrival and departure of those who needn't be there the
entire time. And enjoy fewer, more productive, anxiety-free meetings. Why make
yourself crazy?
Today's Health Headlines Previous Stress Tip Don't expect justice. Like
gratitude you may get it, but don't expect it. The world is rife with injustices,
big and small. For as many people who are brought to justice, many more get away
with something. Disheartening, yes. But hopeless, no. You should always seek and
strive for justice. The mere act of pursuing it can help relieve the hurt and
stress of being wronged, regardless of the outcome. And take comfort in knowing
that at some point, somewhere, though maybe not in this life, justice WILL be
served. Why make yourself crazy?
