your entire body and get in touch with your inner self. It's easy, doesn't take
much time and can melt away your stress like a summer breeze. There are many ways
to meditate and just as many books on the subject. Whatever approach you take,
the idea is simple: a calming respite that can put your mind, body and soul back
into sync. Set aside at least twenty minutes each day to meditate. Why make yourself
crazy?
