of the weaknesses of our culture is not stopping, or even knowing, when we've
achieved enough. Which leads to excess, exhaustion, egotism, insatiable appetites,
and damaged relationships. Learn the point at which you've worked enough, rested
enough, spoken enough, eaten enough, drunk enough, exercised enough, complained
enough, and beaten your opponent enough. Know when you've accumulated enough possessions,
taken on enough debt, received enough praise. In recognizing these limits, you
can eliminate the lack of fulfillment and sense of futility we feel when we can
never achieve "enough". Why make yourself crazy?
