if you have a desk or computer job. A day at work shouldn't be like an eight-hour
plane ride. Periodically get off your chair and stand, stretching your arms and
legs -- even squatting, bending from side to side, rolling your head, walking
about, etc. It'll get the blood flowing more freely, loosen cramped muscles and
joints, help you think more clearly, and relieve some of the stress. Give your
body a quick tune-up at least one or two minutes each hour. Why make yourself
crazy? Today's Health Headlines Previous Stress Tip Complete those half-finished projects. You know, those works-in-progress you started enthusiastically but have since abandoned to lost interest or lack the time. The ones that are cluttering up your dining room table, bedroom floor, garage, backyard, and other living spaces. Either finish them, haul them out of sight, or scuttle them altogether. They're constant, nettling reminders of a failure to get it done. And they're getting in everyone's way! Next time you start something, be sure you have the time and resolve to finish it. And enjoy the stress-releasing satisfaction of a project completed. Why make yourself crazy?
