people take every opportunity NOT to walk. And that's unfortunate. Walking delivers
a wealth of physical benefits -- like burning calories, exercising your heart,
lungs and muscles, strengthening your immune system, easing stress. Mentally,
walking can jog ideas loose, give your mind space to think, alter your perspective,
help you solve problems. All this while getting you where you want to go! Indeed,
walking can be the most productive use of your time. Get off your (ahem) chair,
get out of your car, pick up your feet
and walk. Why make yourself crazy?
