Stress Tip..by
G. Gaynor McTigue..TUE.8/16/05 Weed your garden. Weed your life. Literally,
yank those sprouting weeds out of the ground. They're unsightly. They tangle,
snarl and suppress the growth of wanted plants. And they'll grow wildly out of
control if you ignore them. Such is true with the weeds of your life. Like mounting
clutter. Excessive activities. Unhealthy situations. Little problems that can
grow into big ones if you don't nip them in the bud. And can stifle your own growth
and happiness. Root them out. Fully and cleanly. You'll feel free, unencumbered
and clear-minded. Whack those weeds. Why make yourself crazy? Based
on G. Gaynor McTigue's acclaimed book Why Make Yourself Crazy? featured
in major publications and on talk shows across America.

So give it several nights to condition yourself to the routine. Once accustomed, you may find you can barely get through a page before you're down for the count. Give it a try. note: This strategy works like a charm for me. Just a few paragraphs into a page
and the words not only aren't making any sense, they start moving around on the
page. I hope you can get to this stage. You won't read many books, but at least
you'll get a good's night's sleep -- Jerry
