tends to build on their strengths. And for good reason. It's easier and more immediately
productive. The problem is, it ignores your weaknesses. And real strength comes
when you work on those. It takes blunt honesty to admit you've got them in the
first place. And courage to meet them head on. (If it was easy, they wouldn't
be called weaknesses.) Identify your frailties. And shore them up. You'll become
a more complete, balanced and respected person...and live a fuller, less stressful
life. Why make yourself crazy? Today's Health Headlines Previous Stress Tip Don't assume the responsibilities of others. It's one thing to help someone who is genuinely in need. It's quite another to take on the responsibilities of people who are perfectly capable of discharging them themselves. You're not doing anyone a favor by letting them off the hook. And you're piling more unneeded stress and resentment on yourself. So next time you're thinking about giving your children, coworkers, friends, hirelings, and others a free ride, think again. It's their responsibility not yours. Why make yourself crazy?
